The City is required to conduct the 2021 Municipal Election under the guidelines of AB4 signed by Governor Sisolak on August 3, 2020. AB4 enacts provisions for conducting elections adversely affected by emergencies or disaster, including COVID-19. The 2021 Municipal Election will be conducted in the same manner as the 2020 Elections. All active registered Boulder City voters will receive a mail ballot, whether or not it was requested. Voters will also have in-person voting options, including early voting.
This will be the last odd-numbered year municipal election. The next municipal election will be aligned with the County/State elections in June and November 2022.

As a reminder, the 2021 Municipal Elections are being conducted pursuant to Assembly Bill No. 4. Provisional ballots will be verified and mail ballots will be counted through April 15, 2021. Results will be updated on a DAILY basis and available at www.clarkcountynv.gov/vote.
