Revisions to approved plans are accepted if the final inspection has not been completed. Changes after the final inspection require a new application to alter the current system. Additional fees apply. Refer to the primary fee schedule for more information.
The plan revision package must include an electronic submittal to bstasik@bcnv.org and Fire@bcnv.org
The minimum base plan review fee for a revised submittal is $50 (this is dependent on the review) and must be paid at the time of submittal. A plan submittal may also be assessed escalating fees that are due after the plan has been reviewed.
Please call 702-293-9228 or email fire@bcnv.org to schedule fire inspection. The request will be forwarded to our contracted FIRE INSPECTOR.
