Vaccine Information
February 18 Update: Information on the Lane Two (ages 65-69) vaccinations should be released next week.
As Boulder City continues to respond to the COVID-19 crisis, we are acutely aware of the needs of our residents. City Council previously dedicated CARES Act funding for rent/mortgage, food, utility assistance and more through local organizations and continues to seek other assistance. See the reference guide below for information that may help you and your family during this pandemic.
Food, Utility, Financial Aid and Support Programs

City Business
- City Hall is open on a limited basis. Residents can handle non-emergency business by phone at 702.293.9329 during regular business hours, with limited hours on Friday and Saturday, or email using the staff directory at www.bcnv.org/Directory.aspx.
- All City Council, Committee and Commission meetings and workshops are open to up to 15 visitors who must where masks and complete a COVID Self-screening questionnaire. Meetings are live streamed; comments can be submitted online, via email or over the phone. Details at www.bcnv.org/council.
- During the COVID-19 pandemic, the City halted late fees or disconnect service for non-payment of utility bills. Customers must contact the Utility Billing office at 702.293.9244 to discuss options.
- Utility, business license and permit payments may be made at the back window of City Hall or online at www.bcnv.org, where you can set up autopay as well.
- Fingerprint services, DMV services and sex offender registration services at the Boulder City Police Department are suspended until further notice.
- All special events and public gatherings are canceled within City parks and facilities per the Governor’s order through December. Many Parks and Recreation activities are limited. The City’s 17 parks are still open daily from 5 a.m. until 10 p.m. More information can be found at www.bcnv.org/237/Parks-Recreation.
