Residential Historic Preservation Grant Program

The City Council, as part of the goals of the Boulder City 2025 Strategic Plan and the 2021 Boulder City Historic Preservation Plan recently adopted a new grant program to help residential property owners in the city's historic preservation district.  Property owners can receive up to $10,000 reimbursement for home improvements that ensures the home remains a contributing resource to the historic district.  Grant guidelines are provided below.
