COVID-19 ALERT

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic concerns, the City has been holding City Council and Committee meetings via teleconference. Attendance at City Council, Committee and Commission meetings and workshops is capped at fifteen members of the public to maintain social distancing requirements. Preference will be given to applicants who have an item on the agenda. You may reserve a spot by contacting the City Clerk’s office at 702.293.9208. 

Visitors will be required to answer the COVID-19 Self-Check Screening Questions and have their temperature taken. They are must wear face coverings and may only use designated areas (Council Chambers and the restrooms).

Residents will receive information as per Nevada Governor Steve Sisolak’s Directive 006* regarding public meetings. You may submit comments via the online public comment form here. Teleconference will be utilized until further guidance from the State of Nevada.

  • Call and leave a message at (702) 293-9210 – comments will be played into the public record.
  • Email comments to cityclerk@bcnv.org – comments will be read into the public record.
  • Call City Hall’s Council Chambers Conference line at (702) 589-9629 during the public comment portion of the meeting to speak live.

  • 7 p.m.
  • The 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month, except December and July, when the last meeting of the month is vacated.
  • Special meetings of the City Council may be called from time to time.
