The City of Boulder City Emergency Management takes a proactive role in potential disasters and emergencies, either natural or manmade, for the purposes of "Preparedness, Response, Recovery, Mitigation and Security" of Boulder City and it citizens. The goal of the Emergency Management is to bring together a strong team of agency representatives whose early involvement in an event will expedite the coordination of local resources to assist an impacted area.
